ChocoMod Replacement and Refund Policy

1- In the event that you want to return or replace your order, you can do so if the products are intact and without any damage, by contacting us or returning the product to the store.
2- In promotional offers, the free product must be returned with all the products on demand in the event of a return or exchange.
3- In the event that any defect in the received product is found to be in violation of the specifications here, the customer has the right to return or exchange without incurring any amount.
4- If more than one product was purchased and you want to replace one of these products, you can replace the product, but the shipping fee will be deducted.
5- As for if you have purchased more than one product and want to return one of these products and want to recover its value, the amount will be transferred to your bank account after deducting the shipping fee

7- The exchange and return policy does not apply to food.

ChocoMode reserves the right to cancel any order on the website for any of the following reasons:
1- Rejection / non-acceptance of the electronic payment process on the website if the required quantities are not acceptable by ChocoMod.
2- If the delivery address given by the customer is wrong, or the contact information is wrong, or the inability to reach the customer
3- The product is not available at the present time or the quantity in stock has expired.
