When will I receive my order?


"You can receive your order directly from the branch by choosing to receive order from the branch on the payment page or choose the delivery and you will receive your order within 48 hours.

Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?

Can someone else receive my order on my behalf?

In the summer months, we ship all orders with insulated ice packs and shipping containers.

What is your return policy?

ChocoMod Replacement and Refund Policy: -

1- In the event that you want to return or replace your order, you can do so if the products are intact and without any damage, by contacting us or returning the product to the store.
2- In promotional offers, the free product must be returned with all the products on demand in the event of a return or exchange.
3- In the event that any defect in the received product is found to be in violation of the specifications here, the customer has the right to return or exchange without incurring any amount.
4- If more than one product was purchased and you want to replace one of these products, you can replace the product, but the shipping fee will be deducted.
5- As for if you have purchased more than one product and want to return one of these products and want to recover its value, the amount will be transferred to your bank account after deducting the shipping fee
6- In case the delivery is late than the agreed period from the date of the request, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase process without incurring any financial sums.
7- The exchange and return policy does not apply to food.

Can I return part of a promotional purchase, where the discount was calculated on the total cost of my purchase?

Yes, you can return products that were originally part of a promotion, but you will lose out on the discount.

What if I want to return a product that was part of a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer or a Bundle promo?

If you want to return part of such an order, call Customer Service or return the product to store. Please note, you will only be able to place an online return request if you're returning the entire order.
